Nivo is a secure instant messaging app for Android and iPhones. It works just like the messaging apps you use every day but with additional security built in.

Nivo provides members with the following service functions, 24/7: 

  • Secure Messaging – we had over 320,000 communications with members in 2021 

  • Savings Application – over 1,600 savings accounts were opened in 2021 

  • Loan Application – over 6,000 online loan agreements were completed by e-signature in 2021

What is new for 2022

As of April 2022, our Nivo App will give members access to: 

  • Balance Enquiry - a summary of account balances in a single message 

  • Mini Statement - a summary of the last ten transactions 

  • Withdrawal Request - select an amount and nominate your account 

It won’t stop there.

Our objective with Nivo is to consistently increase and refine its functionality. We want our members to be able to conduct most of their routine account business securely, easily, and quickly on their mobile phones from wherever they are, and whatever they are doing. 


Getting started on Nivo

When you download our Nivo App you will be asked to accept the terms and conditions. You can then use this service to:

  • Share data and information as part of joining and applying for member loans and savings accounts.
  • Share images of documentation which will support account management such as identification checks, and fraud and anti-money laundering controls.
  • Discuss by secure messaging any account related matter such as change of personal details, request a balance or statement. You can use Nivo to send us a secure message at any time and we will reply during office hours which are 9.00 till 16.00 Monday to Friday - we will respond within 1 hour.
